Workshops provide important opportunities for choirs and musicians to meet and be renewed in their ministry. Ephrem and Giovanna Feeley are experienced workshop facilitators and can tailor workshops to suit the needs of your choir and community. The Role of Music in Liturgy
Why does music occupy such a central role in liturgical celebrations? Choosing music that is sensitive to the rhythm of the liturgy can help develop a community’s faith. In this workshop we examine the key moments in the liturgy that require music. We look at the special ministry that choirs, cantors, presiders and accompanists have in leading the People of God in song.

Choosing appropriate music for different liturgical seasons can heighten the meaning of these sacred times. In this workshop a wealth of new and traditional music is presented for the seasons of Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter.
